shipping Info:

On average, orders take 7-10 business days to leave our facility after receiving the PO and receiving art approval.

  • The order will be charged with shipping costs, that are determined by weight and carrier.  We do not charge any additional shipping fees.
  • All orders ship from our facility in Waukesha, WI 53186.

Pricing Disclaimer:

  • We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice.
    • Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down, databases will be updated as soon as possible.
  • Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted.
    • We sell our products through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed online.

Art/Media files:

The higher quality that can be sent the better/clearer image will be produced.
Vector Files are preferred (.cdr, pdf, AI, .eps) but any art files are accepted. If a file will not, work the designers will reach out to request a different file.

  • Per Production Method:
    • Engraved Products:
      • Require art to be Black and White ONLY, not grayscale
        • If you do not have a black and white file, please specify how you would like overlapping line/objects to be handled
    • Sublimation Color Products:
      • Please send RBG files if possible

Return Policy:

Because items are design/customized/personalized per orders, returns are not accepted.

Damages/Defect Policy:
